We strive at all times to deliver services of the highest quality, ensuring we have the time it takes to serve our patients well. Your time is important to us and your appointment has been scheduled carefully, so that you may be seen on time. We realize that every individual has many personal or work commitments that may create scheduling difficulties. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment we will need to reschedule your appointment. We will charge a fee of $150.00 p/hour of scheduled time for all broken appointments, when less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you do not show at all.
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday –Thursday: 8:20 a.m. – 1 p.m., 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8:20 a.m. – 1 p.m.
