We want to thank you for the opportunity of being a part of your healthcare team. It is our goal to provide each of our patients with outstanding dental care and extraordinary customer service. When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete our personal and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will help us get familiar with your medical and dental history.
Your initial exam will last approximately 90 minutes. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and to learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment. Generally, X-rays will be taken allowing your doctor to examine the jaw’s structure, teeth position and teeth 
decay. An Oral cancer screening and Periodontal assessment will be performed by the doctor. You will be given Oral hygiene instructions along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. The doctor will provide an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems and a treatment plan with any recommended treatment. It is during this initial evaluation that you will be scheduled for your first cleaning appointment. The current condition of your teeth and gums will determine what kind of cleaning you will need.

We promise to speak candidly with you about any conditions that may require further dental treatment, our diagnosis, alternative treatments that may exist, and our recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership with one common goal, keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth and gums healthy!
